FAQ’s

  • Safeguarding training (also sometimes referred to as child protection training) is a legal requirement for all professionals who come into contact with children and vulnerable adults in their work.

  • This level of training will equip learners with the skills necessary to participate in a safeguarding inquiry and report and document their concerns to aid such investigations.

Learners will also get a grasp of critical safeguarding legislation and how it has evolved through time. This knowledge will assist them in understanding how the law applies to their role. They will also learn how to effectively communicate with persons at risk and recognise potential abuse.

  • Job roles may include: carers, teachers, sports coaches, managers in a care setting, employment advisors, welfare rights workers, community pharmacists, rehabilitation workers, housing support officers and counsellors.

  • Sometimes, businesses choose to invite us to their venue which means reduced course costs and less downtime for the workforce. We can also arrange suitable training facilities where training at your location is not suitable. We can run first aid courses all over Norfolk and surrounding counties such as Suffolk, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire.
