What’s covered on the FREC 3 Upskill course?

The FREC 3 course, tailored for those transitioning from CFR to FREC 3, is an intensive 2-day programme that builds upon your existing knowledge and skills. While the standard FREC 3 course spans five days, your prior experience as a CFR allows you to complete it in just two days, focusing on the elements not covered in your previous training.

The curriculum is comprehensive, ensuring you're equipped with the latest techniques and knowledge to provide first response emergency care at an advanced level. From understanding the nuances of different emergencies to hands-on training with real-world scenarios, the course is designed to mould you into a competent and confident first responder.
