    Neil has extensive experience providing exceptional pre hospital, urgent and emergency care as an Associate Ambulance Practitioner for the London Ambulance Service and East of England Ambulance Service. Neil also has over 10 years of experience within the Fire And Rescue Service both as an operational commander and in a training role. His experience is drawn from delivering a wide variety of training both in the UK and hostile environments internationally.

Additionally, Miles is a seasoned trainer in pre-hospital care, working closely with fire and rescue services to deliver co-responder training.

These include first aid, pre hospital, health and social care, manual handling, health, safety and fire training and mental health courses. Our mission is to thoroughly engage and educate learners, giving them the confidence to use their knowledge and skills in the real world. We want to change the face of training services and become the go-to training provider for businesses in the East of England and Nationally.

 As a company we hold the premise of storytelling and creating safe spaces paramount on our courses. We aim to share stories with learners, have a relaxed feel to our courses and enable individuals to have the confidence to be able to take newly learnt skills and use them in real world settings.
